The hair on my neck stood up, my heart skipped a beat, and I felt the blood rush out of my face as my jaw dropped to the floor. After an argument, she threw the ring back at me and said, "I need a real man."

Is this program for men, women, or both?
Fat doesn’t discriminate and neither does muscle mass. 

However, there will be some slight differences in nutrition based on gender. And there is often a tweak in emphasis with women focusing more on legs and butt and men focusing more on chest, abs, and arms. 

Outside those minor adjustments, my diet and exercise strategies work just as well for females trying to achieve a toned, tight waist as it does for men trying to get shredded six-pack abs.

Do I need a gym membership?
While having a gym membership will make things a bit easier, it’s not a requirement. I’ve worked with people that have used home gyms in a spare bedroom or in their garage and still gotten excellent results. 

You do, however, need some basic equipment: adjustable bench, adjustable dumbbells, and pull-up bar at a minimum are required. There are a few substitutions you’ll have to make, but not many.

Will online coaching work for beginners?
